I need a experienced Graphic Designer to redo a Development Presentation.

Information for the business: Investment and Development Project Industry: Business Target audience: High Scale Investment / Luxury Branding Data and special elements to include: I need someone to be able to revamp the whole presentation including - infographics and charts. The information is all in the presentation, but as you will see is low quality. I would need new site plans/and charts in vector format. Inline with branding and colour palette which i would provide. Ideas for the visual style: Luxury High End Branding - Clean and on Brand. Things to avoid: Clutter/bad typography/bad images/copy paste images. Preferred colors: Gold/Bronze, Black, Grey, White Extra notes: You would be able to work efficiently and to the highest quality. I have examples of the format/and style - which I would need in a PDF for printed use as well as web. New images will also need to be sourced and i will cover the costs for any which is needed ie shutterstock ect - but first draft you can use the basic image with watermarks if needed.
