I need an MEP Design Modification

Design details: Looking for an MEP designer for this modification. Refer to middle plan in the attached cad file showing new kitchen. Wall is being placed in middle to separate into two spaces but allowing access to the existing restrooms. • Existing HVAC is to remain as is. • Gas will need to be connected to outside of building. • New kitchen o New 3 comp sink o New handsink o Grease trap and sample well are existing o New hood (drawings will be provided by hood company o New electrical for kitchen equipment o New mop sink may be required if there isn’t one there already. Other notes: • Upper right hand rooms will be dry storage and office. Ideas for the visual style: None Extra notes: This is for a US based lounge, hence apply NEC, ASHRAE, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA), NFPA, IEEE, etc.
