Looking for someone to write a web based program with smartphone app

General information for the business: We connect customers with retailers, like an uber or air bnb setup Kind of development: New program from scratch Description of every module: I am looking for someone to work with to develop a web based application, with smart phone app. Description of requirements/functionality: The software will be required to have the following functionality: Customer front end - to load users from their business and add credits to the user account, as well as run reports Retailer Front end - process orders from the Customer's staff App - allow the customer's staff to look for their nearest retailer, as well as display their account information.
