I need a Mailchimp plugin built for Wordpress

General information for the website: Blog Description of every page/module: Blog page Description of requirements/features: I need a plugin built that will take a blog titles and a blurb of the text and input that information into a pre-built Mailchimp template and send it to my email list. So It needs to be a button on the post page that says "Send out as email" and once clicked the plugin automatically populates a mailchimp email template and sends it.
