Transport solution - 2 android apps + database

A platform for tracking bus usage based on NFC tags and android devices. The system is to consist of two separate applications: one (SITE APP) for on site, fast track subscription process (recording data and writing an NFC tag), and the other (BUS APP), for recording transport use by collecting NFC swipes. Due to external requirements there is also a need for a database which will manage crediting recorded users of the system and generate list for payroll processing and reports (optional). Apps: Two separate, Android based applications for Android devices with various screen size and (potentially) aspect ratio. Database: A database solution to aggregate the lists submitted from the office, sites (of workers who subscribed to the transport programme) and transport lists submitted by drivers and produces reports for further processing of bus charges (payroll and crediting). Database should be an offline accessible system with manual data feed option (upload .csv etc.) .
