Hello, Looking for a freelancer that will develop a small website based on Umbraco CMS. Technical requirements: * Page will have 13 pages. (I will provided bootstrap HTML template). * All data will come from our WS (No SQL work required). * All pages must pass google speed test. https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ * Mobile version speed test must be passed. https://testmysite.withgoogle.com/intl/en-gb * Multilingual support (English, Russian & Hebrew). Attached example of our design. final design will be provided in bootstrap HTML. With your bid, include example URL's of sites you done in Umbraco.
