IT Manager
- Manages the network infrastructure, servers and telephony system - Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks and for stand-alone PCs or laptops. - Install, configure and maintain network services, equipment and devices. - Supports administration of servers and server clusters. - Manages all system back-up and restore protocol. - Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure. - Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems. - Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning. - Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, remote access. - Requires a thorough knowledge of networking essentials. - Oversee software and network security. - In charge for the purchase of all IT equipment and facilities - Manages the Telco and equipment vendors for services like ISDN, Internet service, mobile phone service and equipment support
